At the Maritime Silk Road International Economics and Trade Arbitration event organized by CMAC at Xiamen Asia Gulf Hotel, Fujian Province, P.R.C on 18 May 2023.

Our Chairman, Tony Budidjaja, provided a brief overview of the typical commercial dispute resolution methods commonly used in Indonesia and also discussed several recent efforts and initiatives in developing arbitration mechanisms and ADR in Indonesia.

As a leading expert in the field, Tony's presence at this prestigious event not only showcased his expertise but also demonstrated our dedication in the field of arbitration, particularly in the maritime sector.

It was a valuable opportunity to exchange insights, network with industry peers, and contribute to the discourse on international trade and arbitration, including the development and initiatives for ADR and arbitration growth in Indonesia.
