Mediator Certification Course by IMN
MedArbId, LawyerIndo and The Impartial Mediator Network (“IMN”) are collaborating to provide individuals an opportunity to become certified mediators. Under Supreme court letter no. 14/KMA/SK/1/2019, IMN is one of the few ADR institutions accredited by the Indonesian supreme court to provide the relevant certification.
During this 5-day course individuals will receive quality training from IMN in relation to mediation skills and knowledge. The course will cover material including:
In addition to this, participants will have the opportunity to benefit from practical experience through taking part in negotiation and Mediation simulations, watching mediators at work and test their knowledge by sitting both theory and practical exams.
At the end of the course, successful individuals will receive formal certification form IMN of ability to provide mediation services to the public.
