We are proud to announce that our Chairman, Tony Budidjaja, has become a part of the AALCO Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre Panel of Arbitrators. This commitment is our effort to continue advancing arbitration, not only in Indonesia but also in the greater Asia-Africa region.
We are thrilled about this chance to contribute more directly to the development of arbitration through cooperation between our regions.
The AALCO Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre (AALCO-HKRAC) is an institution under the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization aims to promote the growth and effective functioning of arbitration institutions and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services, to promote a more comprehensive application of various ADR rules, to provide facilities for ADR services, including ad hoc arbitrations as well as facilitate cost-effective and time-efficient disputes resolution.
