MedArbId Announces Partnership with PSMTI to Provide Mediation Training and Collaborate in Mediating Future Disputes
On 18 February 2022, the Chairman of MedArbId, Tony Budidjaja, S.H., LL.M., FCIArb met with the Keng Joe Hok, the Vice Head of Paguyuban Sosial Marga Tionghoa (“PSMTI”), an independent community organization for the Chinese-Indonesian ethnic group and both our organizations have agreed to enter into a partnership.
This partnership represents a massive step towards increasing public awareness of mediation and arbitration as methods of dispute resolution. Our two organizations are uniquely complimentary and this partnership will allow both MedArbId and PSMTI to more effectively devote themselves to their respective missions.
