Tony Budidjaja - ASA Asia Chapter's Indonesian Representative

We are pleased to announce that our Chairman, Tony Budidjaja, has been appointed as the key representative of Swiss Arbitration Association's (Association Suisse de l’Arbitrage “ASA”) Asia Chapter in Indonesia. Due to the volume of cross-border investments between Europe and Asia, Asia is a crucial region for ASA. We are thrilled about this chance for closer arbitral cooperation between our two regions.
The ASA is a non-profit association with over 1000 members in Switzerland and all over the world. ASA is Switzerland’s leading arbitration organisation and brings together the world’s most eminent arbitration practitioners from six continents and 50+ jurisdictions.
