Paralegal Certification Training
We are honored that our Chairman, Tony Budidjaja, was invited by the Indonesian Christian Legal Society (Perhimpunan Profesi Hukum Kristiani Indonesia, “PPHKI”) to speak at their Paralegal Certification Training to discuss Mediation on Saturday, 19 February 2022.
Tony introduced the participants of the training to the practice of Mediation, how its regulated under Indonesian Law, its characteristics, as well as the right and responsibilities of a Mediator. PPHKI organized this training to better equip the Indonesian public, especially students, social activists, church activists, priests and members of the congregation with greater legal knowledge they can use in their day to day lives.
We hope that the material taught will help proliferate knowledge regarding Mediation as a method of dispute settlement, and we look forward to collaborating with PPHKI on future events.
