On November 3, 2026, MedArbId, represented by its Chairman, Tony Budidjaja, held a meeting with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia to discuss the development of arbitration law and practice in Indonesia, particularly the implementation of Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) No. 3 of 2023.
The discussion covered key implementation challenges and recommendations concerning arbitrator appointments, challenges to arbitrators, the registration of arbitral awards, and the recognition and enforcement of international arbitral awards.
