Evidence in Arbitration Under the Arbitration Law
The procedural law that applies to the dispute resolution process through arbitration institutions is national civil procedural law. However, the parties to the dispute can determine the arbitration procedure to be used as long as it does not conflict with the provisions of Law Number 30 of 1999 regarding Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution and the regulations of the chosen arbitration institution.
