Tony Budidjaja Appointed as Mediator under AIAC Pro Bono Commercial Mediation Initiative
We are pleased to share that our Chairman, Tony Budidjaja, has been appointed as a participating Mediator under the AIAC Pro Bono Commercial Mediation Initiative by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), Malaysia.
This initiative aims to promote accessible and affordable commercial mediation services for businesses and SMEs, while upholding international standards, efficiency, and best practices in dispute resolution.
We congratulate Tony on this international recognition and his continued contribution to the development of mediation and dispute resolution within the regional and international legal community.
